The Niagara Falls Tourist Home Association, Inc. (NFTHA) exists to promote the responsible and legitimate use of single and two-family residential dwellings for the purpose of renting on a short-term basis.
The Association is organized to enhance members’ businesses through education, professional standards, and public awareness of vacation rental lodging through political and community involvement.
By e-signing below, you agree to be a member of the NFTHA and in doing so, aim to be involved with NFTHA meetings, events and legislative endeavors. Additionally, you are stating that your properties are currently permitted or in process of becoming permitted with the City of Niagara Falls, NY. Members listing properties that are not permitted will have their membership revoked. Membership can also be revoked if your permit is pulled by the City of Niagara Falls, NY for any reason, or if you have a continued negative impact on your neighborhood and/or the industry.
Membership is $25.00 per year. Members will have access to the support and expertise of the NFTHA. You will also be eligible for the NFTHA "Member of the Quarter" in which your property is highlighted on our site.
Additionally for each licensed vacation home, you will receive an NFTHA member sticker to display at your rental and your rental will be listed on our member property page.
